E-library in Jhapa announced splendid
The Triphala National Library in Jhapa district has become the fantastic one of the country. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology at a programme on the event of the thirteenth National Library Day announced the e-library as the fine one and decided to honour it.
The library has been honored with this year’s award for contributing to Nepali language, literature and library now not only in Nepal but also to Japan, India, said the Ministry’s undersecretary Yadav Chandra Niraula.
The Ministry has been honoring a library each 12 months for its contribution to Nepali language and literature. A letter of honour would be furnished to the library at an event, said Niraula.
Established in 2053 B.S. by way of saint Prem Prakash Pokharel, the library has heaps of new and old books of a variety of genres. A three-storey constructing homes the library. Pokharel toured all districts of the country on naked foot in a bid to publicize religious locations and create cognizance in opposition to drug abuse. A board of director led by using Pokharel is main the library.
